Full Interior Restoration – Heritage Property

We were appointed to carry out a full internal restoration and redecoration of this character property, transforming it from a tired interior back to a refined, heritage finish.

The project began with a complete strip-out of all existing finishes, taking walls and ceilings back to bare plaster. Areas that had deteriorated back to brick were carefully repaired using bonding and specialist fillers, ensuring a solid and uniform substrate throughout.

Once fully prepared, we applied lining paper across all walls and ceilings to create a flawless base essential for achieving a high-end, consistent finish across the property.

All surfaces were then finished in premium coatings, with a carefully considered colour scheme that balances timeless neutrals with bold feature elements. The staircase was finished in a rich heritage tone, creating a striking contrast against the softer wall and woodwork finishes.

The original timber floors were restored through a full sanding process, with gaps filled and the surface sealed using durable, high-performance coatings to enhance both appearance and longevity.

The end result is a clean, elegant interior that respects the character of the property while delivering a sharp, modern standard of finish throughout.
